VRFCAT
Project description
Translation of a Virtual Reality Functional Capacity Assessment Tool ordered by the clinical trial research laboratory VeraSci.
This environment entirely recreated in 360° simulates patients’ everyday activities in a realistic way in order to combat diseases such as Schizophrenia or Alzheimer by targeting warning signs.
The challenge was to represent everyday life in France in a convincing way:
- Localization of road signs: traffic lights, road markings, bus stops
- Localization of the elements of a French home: electrical sockets, appliances, paintings on the walls
- Avoid patient disorientation by credibly transcribing a French supermarket.
- Translation and adaptation of typically French recipes and of the currency.
